We monitor the weather on a daily basis. If we feel it is unsafe to deliver your inflatable due to inclement weather forecasted, current weather conditions or previous weather that will make setting up and using an inflatable dangerous, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. In the event we do cancel your reservation you will be refunded 100% of your initial payment or we will work with you to set up the rental for another day.
Only Bounce & Bull rental's LLC can decide to cancel due to weather conditions. If you decide to cancel please refer to our cancellation policy.

In our coastal town, the weather can be quite unpredictable and may change frequently. Today, your date may call for rain, and tomorrow it may call for sunny skies.
To plan ahead, check the hourly forecast 48 hours before your event. We often see parents worry, cancel, then try to rebook at the last minute, only to find the inflatable they wanted was already booked by someone else.
Our advice is to wait until the morning before your event to check the hourly forecast before making any decisions. If you still decide to cancel, please email contact@bouncenbull.com using the same email you used to book. We will hold your deposit and work with you to find another date to reschedule.
