Refund/Cancellation Policy

At Bounce & Bull Rentals, we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below before booking ---

We do our best to be flexible and work with our customers whenever possible.
Deposits & Payments
A 25% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due upon delivery before setup begins.
Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 10 days before your scheduled event date

If cancellation notice is not provided within this timeframe, a cancellation fee will apply:

$50 for orders under $400
-
$100 for orders over $400
-
For multiple units, $100 per unit

Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable

If your booking has been paid in full and needs to be canceled, you will receive a rain check (credit) valid for 1 year from your event date

No cash refunds are issued
Weather Policy

If weather conditions (rain, strong winds, or unsafe conditions) prevent safe setup:

You may reschedule your event, or
-
Receive a rain check valid for 1 year

Payments made will be applied toward the new date

No refunds will be issued due to weather
Delivery & Setup Conditions

Bounce & Bull Rentals reserves the right to cancel or refuse setup due to:

Unsafe weather conditions

Unsafe or unsuitable setup area

Space limitations or ground conditions

If this occurs:

You will receive a rain check valid for 1 year

Bounce & Bull Rentals is not liable for additional damages or losses
Important Notes

Failure to follow safety rules or contract terms may result in immediate equipment removal without refund

Customers are responsible for ensuring proper setup conditions and supervision at all times
FULL CONTRACT IS ATTACHED. CONTRACTS WILL BE SENT ONCE BOOKINGS ARE RESERVED TO THE PROVIDED CONTACT INFORMATION.
