Cancellation Policy
Rental Agreement: A full refund is available if you cancel at least 15 days before the event. If you cancel less than 15 days before the event, the deposit is non-refundable and any amount above the deposit is refunded. We wait until the morning of the event to decide whether unsafe weather requires cancellation; if we cancel for unsafe weather, all payments, including the deposit, are fully refunded.
